If you’re a beginner, you may want to try our beginner fitness yoga. Looking for more of a challenge? Dare to try our bootcamp classes. Our fitness center offers a wide variety of classes for all ages and all fitness levels. Classes change on a monthly basis.

Supervised exercise program
There’s one major benefit to working out at our facility- access to health screenings. With this specialized program, staff members monitor your blood pressure and heart rate before, during and after each session. A personalized report is sent to your physician.
