Intensive Outpatient Programs

We understand you want to return to work, resume your daily activities and ultimately restore your role as a contributing member of the community. Let us help guide you on the right track through our intensive outpatient program.

Intensive outpatient treatment is provided for individuals who are struggling with the following:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Mood Disorders and post-traumatic stress

While participating in this program, you are able to maintain home and work routines while receiving treatment and working on recovery. You will meet one-on-one with a mental health nurse or counselor and in small groups.

The goal of this program is to:

  • Help you understand your  medications

  • Provide coping skills and approaches for changing negative attitudes and beliefs

  • Help you become more aware of your emotions and able to express needs appropriately

  • Build self-esteem and interpersonal skills
