Parkview Community Health Needs Assessment Survey

We all know the importance of a strong community and strong community services. Parkview Health is committed to identifying the health needs of our community so we can continue to provide better services and care.

As a not-for-profit hospital system, Parkview Health is responsible for conducting a community health needs assessment (CHNA) every three years for each community served by a Parkview hospital. The 2025 CHNA will be conducted by the Parkview Health Services and Informatics Research team. Data from the CHNA is used to identify priority health needs in the communities we serve and is integral to Parkview’s community health improvement strategies and investments.
